We want our customers to love their purchase.
Our exchange policy allows for plants to be exchanged within 48 hours of purchase. and general merchandise can be exchanged within 14 days. Please note that all clearance sales are final, with no refunds or store credit available. Exchanges are subject to availability, so we recommend checking in with us promptly.
